I realy like Sorin, but for Pepe there is something weired about his mouth, I think the nose should be closer to his lips.

hey man nice ballack, although it could use a little touch up. I think you should adjust the eyebrows a bit(they make him look sad), make them a little more straight, not too much. Make his forehead a little bigger. Also his mouth needs to be a little bit higher up, his mouth and nose need to be close together, his face is looks too long. oh and widen the nose just bit above the nostrils, looks a little thin.
