Good but lift right eyebrow on right side, map eyes a bit better, improve noseholes and form a bit and then willl be great.. Oh yes and work on hair and make it like pic..

If you think the eyes as 2 rectangles, then you should increase the width (horizontal), and decrease the height (vertical).
