It is a island owned for business purpose... They are building a resort in there and it is still not completed.. The resort name is "Grovien Island".. Located inside Kerala.

Had the pleasure of seeing it personally some time ago.

Is it a technical limitation or would it be possible to have the roof semi-transparent, letting in natural light?
