I only use FG to create the basemodel. I edit for all aspects in Blender by using as well front and profile pictures.
I believe that for example, Facegen base models' cheeks and jaw are too thin and small, they are not human like, more alien looking. the head models themselves are all too thin, the noses are all the same and the face structure from the side profile is way too generic...just a bit of advice, use EA base models
don't only edit the face, edit the head shape, neck, skull shape according to the player to get the most realistic player details...
hope I helped, if you don't understand what I mean, don't worry too much, as I said your faces are pretty good anyway
