John O'Shea will be missing from the United squad after sustaining an injury in the game at Highbury. Gary Neville will most probably take his place in defence. David Beckham could also make a comeback to the first team at the cost of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, and Juan Veron is still out.

For Blackburn, David Thompson is the only absentee, and Hakan Sukur and Andy Cole likely ot start up front for Rovers.

My pick for the game is 2-1 to United. It has always been a close affair between these two teams...I'll shut up now
