That's exactly what I'm talking about. You think that by buying someone, the results will come immediately?! Lighten up dude, this game is not a matter of adding one extra striker and whatnot. Were you peeing your pants like this before the Pompey game? Were you crying and praying for Saha or a new striker when we first signed Tevez?

We have a few injuries and suspensions, but that's football. It's a ****ing season for ****'s sake. You think money grows on trees or what?

And regarding Tevez, just chill. He's played two games so far, and missed a couple of chances, so what? He is proven class and that class will show soon. You guys do realize the tremendous amount of pressure on a guy like him after all the trouble he's gone through for this move. Heck, it took him quite a few games before he scored his first goal at West Ham, and look at him by the end of the season. This is exactly the point I'm trying to prove here. Some of you turn your backs on the players just because of two, or three poor performances. Just face it, there is no player on the planet that can give you a goal and an assist in each of the 38 matches.

Hopeunited and Fernandez, I agree totally with your comments, we are the team to watch out for, once our goals start comin' (and that will be soon) we will be a very dangerous and lethal side, I am sure of that, it doesn't take a genius to see that we are having injury problems, I am impressed with Nani's efforts, he will come good, he showed it once again yesterday, Hargreaves was great too, he worked hard and he can only get better, our boys tried and it didn't work out, but the next time it will, we could all expect that this season would be a tough one, cause most clubs have brought in great players, that will only make it more satisfying if we can win the EPL again this season,

im not saying the results will come, but its been painfully obvious including the end of last season that we needed to invest ina striker and now having sold 2 were desperatly short of cover. so take off your red tinted specs.

i love utd more than anythng but that doesnt stop me being able to see where the team needs improving and only an idiot would suggest that we dont need to bring someone in. regardless of whether rooney and ronnie are in the squad as we've only got saha and ole who are out and out strikers and both are regularly crocked.

Terrible start by our standards. Positive thing is the debut of Hargreaves. I thought he was our best player today.

It's a terrible start by anyone's standards to be honest.

You can't really criticise any of the players really, the performance levels haven't dropped. It's just that the finishing is piss poor. But I'm sure it'll turn around. Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea all drew so it could have been worse.

that was unfair! we didn't even deserve a DRAW! we should have won it big time . we dominated possesion, chances on goal and every thing else. the only way they scored was off a slight DEFLECTION!!! its not fair...if ferdinand hadn't slightly touched the ball it would have been an easy save for van der sar!...im dissapointed but not disheartened by the performance.

Unfair and injustice result, we batter Citeh, hit the bar too, and they score from the first shot via a deflection. We need to start winning games soon, 2 points out of 9 is terrible.

Dont go there. I wouldn't go as far as saying we have to win this one, but it would be disappointing, to say the least not to win that game.

Come next Sunday they would have been training for 2-3 weeks and I hope that makes them fit enough to play.

Anderson has got a hamstring injury I think, but its not the chances, were making lots of chances, people aren't finishing them off. Tevez missed 3-4 sitters for example.

He'll get boo'ed ? He's lost all respect from me in my opinion. He's actually tried to force through a move to our most hated rivals, and disrespected the club in every way possible. He quite obviously doesn't want to play for us, so I don't want him to play for us either. Hopefully we'll sell him to the first club coming, provided they pay the wanted money.
