well, just watched the review show, and although sparkie wasnt happy with the time added on he ref followed the letter of the law. +1 minute for belemy goal +30 sec for man utd sub +4 minutes of added time declared at the end of the 90 minutes. so in all there was 5 minute and 30 seconds added on, and owen scored his goal in the 5th minute 26 seconds. so lord, you are fuming for nothing. enjoy your time supporting the bitters.

I do. He could of pulled a adebayor or god knows how many other unsavoury things, but didn't. But what ever, I wasn't his biggest fan, thought he was overrated. City player now, good luck to him he going to need it.

Adebayor's situation with Arsenal fans is completely different, than the one of Tevez with United fans. Adebayor already had lots of problems with them while at Arsenal, whereas everybody liked Tevez. And did you forget that he is at Manchester City? Or crossing the street to go play for the most hated rivals when the fans want you to stay doesn't mean anything these days?

foster is a good shot stopper, but he really needs to work on his footwork. the way he has to line up every kick for his left foot perfectly is causing him real problems with back passes and long balls just outside the box. any strike worth a penny will see that and pressure him at every opertunity.

VDS has mad skily skillz for a keeper, he should give foster some tips or something.

I long believed SAF's assertion that Foster will be VDS replacement and that he is good enough.

But after this viewing, I am somewhat less certain.

Yes, he is a great stopper, but then the 1st goal was inexcusable, and he should've done better with the third.

Hopefully this is an once off and due to his inexperience.

I've said before he is a good shot stopper, but he is prone to "David James" moments with his decision making - Yesterday being the latest incident. I'm sure in time and experience this will improve - Afterall even the great Peter Schmeichel was a bit carefree in his younger days!!

Just Chelsea with a 100% record - and we've yet to play them! The title race is wide open, and I think it will be all the way (we'll win of course :) )

Sides will drop points, and I think really now any team can catch a victory off anyone - look at Burnley against us.

Chelsea's 3-0 isn't as convincing as it appears, at only 1-0 Keane had a stone bonk penalty refused, then Chelsea scored right after.

1. He tried to turn the fans on Ferguson (who is pretty much Manchester United itself by now)
2. He only really started working hard in the 2nd half when he decided to try to prove a point about how irreplaceable he is
3. He whined about not getting enough games, despite playing about the same amount as Berbatov did
4. He turned down a big offer from Untied after all the drama he created
5. He went to Manchester City

Need any more reasons? Just because he misses playing with his good buddy Evra and wishes he still challenged for CL and EPL with a top team in Europe and had the backing of their fans, doesn't mean he will be forgotten. The fans were on his side and got Ferguson to make an offer for Tevez to stay and what did he do in return? Said "**** you" and went to City. That's the biggest insult ever. Who gives a **** if he clapped to the Stretford End and didn't celebrate the goals?

Yes, Completely agree with you. The fact that he joined Citeh itself should just make a Red Devil fume in anger. :borat:

Between I won't post this in the ManC thread:

I was there, believe me, it's convincing. SPurs only had a handful of chances, and quite like our other 5 matches, we dominated from start to finish.

Darren Fletcher has improved so much this season, his performance on Sunday was Keano'esque.

Rooney notched another one - I told you he'd explode now Cristiano is gone. Anderson played well and Giggs looked 17 again at times.

Also Patrice Evra has to be the best Left Back in the world, he was brilliant again (Y)

I'm so happy right now, yeah Chelsea are top at the moment - but someone somewhere will beat them, even if we have to do it ourselves.

I hope the silly mistakes will be rectified, because if so - United are approaching their best - and on our best day, I think we could take anyone. As Fergie said - that should have been 5 or 6 nil.

Give Bellamy credit for his first goal, it was an absolute cracker of a shot, perfectly placed. The other two never should have happened though, obviously.

I agree on Evra, he doesn't get anywhere near the respect he deserves, he is world class defender.

Rooney and Berbs have been great so far...I hope we see more from Owen, I'm glad he got the winner but let's be honest, anyone could have tapped in from his spot.

What kind of team you guys think we'll field against Wolves on Wednesday? Bunch of the youngsters?

I'd like to see Macheda get a run.

It'll be a medium strength side, Macheda and Owen up front, probably Tosic and Nani on the wings, maybe Anderson and Carrick in the middle - Tomas K in goal etc.

And Owen's goal wasn't a "tap in" He made the space, read Giggsy's pass and finished past the keeper, it was a world class poacher's goal. Don't underestimate how much he still had to do.

I was surprisingly shocked when Fergie signed him over the summer.. yet being a newcastle fan.. I new what he saw in him. It will all come down to him being healthy, and getting that much needed support from the midfield when he's playing.
