our owners are at least 10 times richer than Abromavich. We arent an established top club and Eto'o has stated no matter what team he leaves for only way hed leave barca is if he gets a significant wage improvement.

this is a small price to pay to become a top club.

IMO, if you sign Eto'o, then you don't want Tevez. He'll get rotated just like he was at United and he'll start whining and bitching within half a season because he's not getting to play 99% of the games.

And thelordspawn, I don't give a **** what we pay Eto'o, I know we're loaded but why sign players who are CLEARLY only in it for the money? We already have one of those in Robinho.

sorry but I think this is the only way a player would want to be in manchester City atm. the team needs some performances and others to see players not wanting in city only for money ;)

PS: Eto'o's agent claims he's leaning towards rejecting our offer and staying with Barca. Cant say I'm disappointed.
