you need more than 11 starters if want to be competitive in a league like EPL.

P.D: what happens with elano?

Bojinov and Bellamy would be MORE than capable back-ups man, cannot deny that.

And Elano's still around for now.

Bojinov to me is overweight if he dropped some weight maybe hed be a good back-up Bellamy. Decent but inconsistent as he always is.

Bojinov doesn't exist, are the parents. Bellamy is a drunk

Have you had one ******* useful post in this entire thread? **** off already you twat.

And Bojinov overweight? He's been injured for practically 2 seasons and is still getting back to full health. And given his recent performances when healthy, he's more than capable of causing trouble in the EPL.

So here's a question. ESPN reported that Adebayor has 'been granted a work permit for his move to Manchester City.' But why would he need a work permit for the move? Wouldn't he have already needed to have a work permit to play in the Premiership in the first place? I don't understand how this works...

I'm pretty sure that every time he transfers, he'd need a work permit. I guess the last permit he was granted was only so that he could work at Arsenal.

So the Adebayor transfer's hit a snag as he's now having second thoughts because he feels that he'll be perceived as "greedy" in his homeland if he moves to Eastlands. Balls, but a blessing in disguise? For the love of god, Sparky, no more strikers. Lucio's on his way to Inter because your stupid ass was too busy chasing attackers all week long.

never read anything about that in terms of Adebayor.

and plus if Adebayor goes to city - city will be a better team at at least about same level as Arsenal (well once we get defence).

believe me city were trying to get lucio he just didnt want to go to city.

We should Offer Elano + money for Maicon.

hmm...I read this here "As Carlos Tevez was being unveiled, Adebayor was undergoing a medical and if a work permit is granted for the Togo forward, he could be on the flight to South Africa for City's three-match tour along with a growing number of star names. "

An City beat aresenal 3-0 in first match and lost 2-0 in 2nd match last season so ehad to head Man City is better by a goal last season.

and already now City are much stronger.

So yah NOW City will be even or better or at the very least close to arsenal

and trooper thats old news nothing new has happened yet

Yes but arsenal play champions league and city carling cup

Arsenal that played in the 3-0 loss did not include Walcott,Adebayor,Fabregas,Sanga,Gallas or Toure. The City in the 2-0 victory was arguably stronger than they were before (+Given).
There is still a huge gap, try Everton.
