Don't works, u must edit database in order to remove the "will not play for" factor.
Also, u can edit it to predispose that player to sign for your team if offered.

Sure i can, but sadly as i still have neg reputation (caused by supporting Suarez in WC), despite helped many people through these years, i'm not much in the mood to solve things, just pointing in the right direction, at least until i have positive rep' again.
But i'll made a exception now, you are an active member of the community, so send me your db's and the players u want to sign and i'll do the work.
Here are the problems that i face in manager mode.
1.when i attempt to sign some players whent hey dont accept the reason appears blank.i offer more still i get same.why ?
2.The transfers are not realistic there is hardly any movement.But in pes 2011 when its market activity level is medium, it is realistic.So anyway to increase this in fifa.?
3.In the top scorers stats we can only know the stats of the league.We cant know the stats of league cup,champions league.Is there anyway to solve this ?
So if anyone knows solutions for any of these problems please help me.

1. the offers come back blank because of a bug. The bug does not allow you to sign players on your transfer shortlist. So if you shortlist a player, remove him from your shortlist once you put in a transfer bid for him.
as far 2.There isnt any solution to the problems that I know of.
3. i know it sucks but that's another problem with ea's programing.

1.I usually loan out a players which i have scouted the previous season,who is young and have good potential.They are usually loaned out to small clubs who has all players low ovr's.Still these loan players are not given much playing time (maybe just 10 matches or so)
2.I sign a player on loan in the first week.When i try to sign another player in the next week it says i have got 2 players on loan when i only have 1
3.I offer players new contracts with the highest wage that can be given to them.But they dont accept.Later at the end of the season they just sign contract for their current wages.
4.Is there anyway to get trophy lifting after i win a tournament(it is in pes)
5.Is the fifa club worldcup included in cep 11

One of biggest problems in Manager Mode no-one seems to talk about is how idiotic is your Assistant Manager.
Seriously, why EA Sports couldn't make him right? Here is example of his idiotic thinking:
Nani playing as striker (although he is RW and I utilize tactic with RW/LW)
Evra playing as CB (WTF?! He is LB/LWB for crying out loud)
Carrick or Scholes playing on wings. Now that's what is funny. Putting 36 yo old Scholes on wing. :lol:
There is much more of such idiotic things. Plus why why why aren't there eliminations/UEFA/Champion League cup in the first season on MM?? It's not new problem. It's the problem I have seen 7 years ago too!

U can "force it" to sign editing career.ini, check values, i'd buyed messi, cr7, robeen in that way.

U must install Ticket patch, so that program creates an career.ini file, editing that file with a text editor lets u increase your money by ticket's sale income, salary wage, and a lot of parameters for manager mode.
Also, there's a parameter that make players can't deny signing offers from your team, search it, turn it to =1 and it will work.

Which value should i change.LIKE MM_WAGE_BUDJET_MODIFIER=2.2 OR EFA_BONUS=0.9
