Manager Mode - Cannot Change Club!

I started my career with La Spezia, then I won Seria B.
Next season I qualified for the Uefa Euro League, then moved to Fiorentina with no problems. First I won Seria A, season after my Fiorentina won Champions League.
So, very successful manager!
Then I wanted to change the club (in "Browse Jobs"), but nobody wants to take me for a manager. 2 seasons have gone, but still I haven't changed the club. Boards of each club say they would rather consider following offer. I tried to take the survival struggle clubs, but the answer is always the same.
Is this a bug, or my management is not good enough? Every season Fiorentina battling for the top and is qualified in European Cups? What's the problem?

You dont have enough experience!!!!
They won't hire anyone,
They will get more generated people who want it

A Career is not for 1 year club and then another,
Play more, then changr club
Not every season

i though catania haves as goal
Fight for demotion (not to demote) that's why they don't need you yet, try later in the season, not at the start

Look also at 1st quote,
If you're a lower club (based on real-life prestation)
You have a less chance of the offer

Also if you took a 2nd division team or lower, the team still counts as 2nd division even if it's in 1st division at job offers.
