Make a specific team

Hi all,
We are a soccer team here, and we just have a lot of fun playing with our faces and caracteristics in the game.
The problem is, if we want to keep the game uptodate, we have to make the team again in every new Wolf option file!!
Anybody know a better solution?
Is it possible to eather edit a ligue master team to make our faces, or to import our team in a new option file.

i know there is a post before about that... but it's in case someone found a solution.
I've even tryed to start a ligue master with my team, and then changing the option file, but the LM team composition is in the option file too...
Any clue?
