++ Major problem with PES4 ++

Guess I done too much messing around with patches etc del bits from 1.0 and adding bits 3.0 vice versa etc
Bottom line is game won't initialise and also can't uninstall it, tried sys restore , I end up with 2 pes4 folders when I do that?
At my wits end here

When I go to install it says

the installation source for this product is not available.
verify that the source exsists and that u can access it EPES4.msi

It appears that somehow I have deleted this file which appears to be important?

Also in add/remove programmes there is a
pes4 demo version 2 that is 912mb and it won't delete either.

Game finally reinstalled after another sys restore
Would like patch 3.0 minus the grass/pitches though
