Well it wasn't exciting by any means, but it was fairly intense. Good to be through to the quarter-finals though. Maybe we'll face them again in the final, when there'll be something at stake for both sides. By the way Amika, this isn't meant as a slur against liverpool or anything, but isn't that one 0-0 draw too many for liverpool?

well, we had our chance of winning the match if you watch the match... but unfortunely both chances fall to steven gerrard who has just came back from injuries so he didn't took both of them... well, i won't be too disappointed that we didn't qualify for the quarter final of the CL... i think that is best for us as we can concerntrate on the league then...

Because that would have been just as boring. Let's face it both British teams involved in 0-0 matches, and from what Amika said Liverpool had two shots, which both happened in the first 10mins-20mins from the highlights I saw, and Barcelona hit the post. They'd just showed Arsenal and Liverpool the week before.
Not true I think we've seen equal amounts of all English teams involved in European competition this year.
I agree. To be honest, i was fed up of watching liverpool fail to score at home against Galatasaray who outplayed liverpool for much of the game and the scouse struggled to pass the ball twice. At least United's was a decent 0-0 draw and they tried to press Bayern rather than beat about the defence with sloppy passes.

Actually, the world "gEy" was invented by the Amooballer familia. It has been used for quite some time, but since there's only one Amooballer posting on this board (me a.k.a AmooManiaK) the use of the word "gEy" has been limited.
