its a program , search the EURO 2004 forum, there was a thread not too long ago that gave a step by step directons on how to save your replays to watch outside of the game.

The only easy way to do it, is with Fraps.

There was a tutorial going around a long time ago, anyone got a link to it?

After you record the Raw Frames Video with fraps, you can use any editing program to change it, or compress into something else. Like Divx, or and Mpeg.

i would recommend doing it this way, because you get exellent quality. (^_~)
