Logitech Dual Action Corners

Are the numbers that appear over the heads of the players for corners supposed to relate to the numbers on the Dual Action buttons?

It all seems a bit random to me. I can never seem to nominate my target and the goalie always ends up catching the ball.

the numbers does not relate to the pad numbers. they relate to your kicking options, i believe it is as such, 1 = shoot button ( whatever you've assigned it to) 2= lob/long pass button and 3=thru ball button.

as it stands on my logitech cordless rumble pad the button layout is
3=1 , 1=2 4=3, make sense ?

I get what he was asking, my answer stands lol, the numbers over payers heads are set they cant be changed and they dont relate to the buttons on any pad. I'll try and explain it a bit better,

At a corner you have 3 numbers, 1,2 and 3 above a players head, say you want to pass it to player 2, then as in the manual you will see that to aim for player 2 you have to press the lob button, which is whatever youve assigned it too. If this button happens to be number 3 on your pad it will still aim for number 2 and so on. Hope this helps.
