Can someone please tell me what is the structure for the "locale.ini" FIFA 2004 file? Apparently, Creation Centre uses this file to find out the game language, but although I use FIFA with full installation, this file does not exist. I want to create this file, but i don't know in which directory it should be, nor what to write in it!
If someone has this file, please tell me.

it goes in the fifa 2004 main folder.
its a txt file to which you change its extension to .ini

just put this inside:


[OPTIONS]
TEXT_LANGUAGE = eng
INSTALL_LANGUAGE= eng

[]
AVAILABLE_LANGS = ger,eng,spa,dut,fre,ita,jpn,kor,pol,por,swe
