Hello all together,
Today I presented you the first screen of my coming tool the Loc ReaderWriter X, but what can the tool?
This tool made it possible to read an edit the FIFA loc files and save they very fast also enjoy the picture

You can already do that with Notepad

For me it is the same like Notepad only that this can only open and edit loc files.
I do not see any difference, why it go faster
