Loan player salary

I have a question, when you loan a player to another team, those that team pay that players salary?

The Club that has loaned the player will pay the salary. i.e, your club won't have to pay salary to the player who is loaned out. Btw when ever find a player who will develop into a great player in future, but is a below average player currently, I loan them out. That way I will not have to pay for their salary but will be able to use their service when they improve.

Sadly that is the only benefit you get from loaning a player out, since they don't develop (or most likely, play) any more than they would if left in your reserves. Once you take into account the potential problems from signing more than 30 players to your team (because the game ignores the loaned players when stopping you exceeding 30 but the internal limitations include those players) then I've found that loaning players out really isn't worthwhile.
