C'mon Reds though! We cant make any silly errors in defence and we need to attack.

very entertaining game. there have been chances aplenty for both sides. though liverpool have looked the more dominating team.

and ****, steven gerrard is having an amazing game. he is one of the finest midfielders in england no doubt about that. he could have scored a couple of goals though.

That was one of the best goalless draws I've ever seen...

If it wasnt for the brilliance of Martyn and on one occasion Doo-duck, it would have been much different!

But to say that that match was boring obviously means you didnt watch it!!!

That ref needs his eyes checked seriously...

He missed so many Handballs, it isnt funny! (Admittedly most were by Everton)... and how about that "Last Man" challenge by Hoop-ia (I'm deliberately spelling Kop names wrong!)

And for Everyone who says that Liverpool "DESERVED TO WIN"...

I cant believe it.

Gerrard had 3 good chances and missed 2 narrowly and one was saved. We should have had 2 penalties. The handball off Gerrards kick and Hyypia was clearly brought down in the box....

Pissed off...We should have won and deserved to win.

Possibly one of the most pulsating Liverpool matches I have ever been to. What a performance by the lads, especially in the second half. By my reckoning, we should have won around 7-1.

Martyn had arguably the game of his life. Some of his saves were absolutely magnificent. We had chance after chance but could not convert them. I am glad we took the game to Everton, and played good attacking football. It is just a shame that we couldn't take our chances.

Cheyrou did well in the second half and so did Antony Le Tallec. The only thing we are missing at the moment is firepower. If we play like we did in the second half for the rest of the season I see no reason why we cannot get fourth place.

How James is England number 1 instead of Martyn is also unbelievable.

2nd half we played some great stuff. I like Tony Le T and thought on his derby debut he did really well, as did Bruno. Carra was amazing, Didi as u say was just Didi, that tackle on Rooney was worth witnessing in the flesh alone!

Stevie G on another day will score a hat-trick. I think this team should play around 5-6 games together to see how we do. Then Baros and Pongolle arte back and can always come on.

By the way Ferguson and Gravesen are dogs of war big time! Custard pies in the face for both of them I say! Bring back Chris Tarrant, Bob Carolgees and Spit the Dog! Tiswas woz class!

By the way had Carra scored the roof wud have come off the Kop!

i've nothing to say... with the amount of chance we had we should have scored at least one of them, and at least a few penalties as well... a couples of handballs in the box, hyypia was partically pull down by ferguson in the 1st half... the ref was definitely blind... so do with his linesman... having said that won't take any credit away for martyn as he saved a couple of certain goal situation same goes to dudek...

i've began to like cheyrou more and more now.. hope he can keep up his good work in the middle of the field... as always carragher is a rock in the back and for the 1st time he was involved in some of our offensive work and almost scored if it was not for martyn's great save...

Well, it was a very, very, very entertaining match....... how we did not score i will never know. I believe it was down to the brilliant keeping of Nigel Martyn and a lucky Hibbert on the goal line.

Some very worthy penalty calls on our behalf, Hyypia brought down in the box surely and the handball by Graveson (?)

We will get 4th if we keep up performances like that for the rest of the season no doubt.

Also i must say well done to Le Tallec, very solid game and Cheyrou's 2nd half was great. Both had played some great passes throughout the match.

It was good to see Liverpool attacking again and not being as defensive as they are sometimes. We were the better team, We DESERVED at least 2 penalties.

It was a fantastic performance, One of the best if not Liverpools best this season and Everton were lucky they didnt lose by 5.

Take nothing away from Liverpool, they WERE the better TEAM... just Nigel Martyn was the better player!

this was a very great match but Liverpool greatly deserved the win.Carragher played very well defensively annd offensively.He did a very great job on marking Ronney and in front of goal he should have socred.Everton was just lucky and the referee was also on their side.Gerrard ,Cheyrou ,Hamann and Le Tallec were all great in midfield.Owen was deceiving and Kewell was average ,playing better in the second half. Martyn was excellent and so was Dudek.
