Liverpool kept the pressure up on arsenal as they fight a hard earn win against sunderland last night... and what a wonderful goal scored by Michael Owen...

i was screaming out when anelka hit the bar.. he should have scored as well...

yep another win another week ... we really do need man united to be Arsenal and then ipswich to hold them to a draw if we are to win the league... but its becoming less and less likely !

Actually, I don't know what's up with Liverpool. They have a very good crop of attacking players but they play **** football, packing their defence to defend, defend, defend, break, and score. Whenever I turn on my telly and see that a Liverpool match is being played, I simply turn it off and go thrill myself.

Yeah, With players like Owen, Anelka, Heskey, Riise(sp?), etc... Why not play a attacking style?

Liverpool and Arsenal both have fairly easy matches ahead. I just hope neither team makes mistakes. If they keep this good record up they'll put Manchester United in third place for good.

I know Arsenal still have to play United. That match is going to be torture. Anything can happen.
