Liverpool not playing at Europe next season could well turn out to be a blessing in disguise , I have always disliked that Europa League's schedule and format (not because we suck in that lol :P) . Could well return back to the top 4 in BPL and also hit the FA Cup if they play some consistent football . I can but dream .

IMO It could be a blessing in disguise. But concerning your transfer targets, they all want to play in the Champions League (most of them wanting to play for Barcelona). I doubt Hazard will come to Anfield and Aquillani has already said that he is staying at Juventus.
I feel Aquilani will be back in a matter of time , that Pirlo move to Juve has injected some spark for Liverpool fans . Obviously Juve don't want to pay the 20mil asking price to Liverpool . But that's what I think , not sure about anything at the moment.
Regarding Hazard , there's absolutely no chance that he ll sign with us , I think he ll most probably go to Arsenal .
