Hi!

Friend on Facebook shared a link to a soccer team named Futera Seeker FC. Looks like people watching can provide input as to what the team does through in-game polls on Ustream. Might be interesting, especially if they can make it a game out of it by matching suggestions with the calls of the coach.

Futera Seeker FC's home games will be streamed LIVE on the Club's website www.futerafc.com and football fans from around the world can log on and have their say as 'Virtual Managers' by voting on the Team's formation, playing style, substitutes and other tactics as the match plays out live. Pundits will provide live commentary and chat with the fans through Futera's 'virtual communications platform'. In the run-up to every game, fans can go online and vote on pre-match decisions, such as the starting XI, enter competitions and follow the Club's Facebook.

If it's workable, it might be pretty cool. I think I may keep an eye on this and see how/if it develops.

**Update**
Well, it's been tried and I found it entertaining. Not sure if I'll be able to catch every game, but for those that I can, I think I'll play.
