It's always being discussed... and i'll be the first to tell you i'm not 100% up to date on the newest events, and George W. thought he was well on the way to creating a Palestinian Nation... but honestly I highly doubt the israeli's will allow it any time soon. They both want the same land, recipie for disaster, and it's a rough situation all around.

Their two leagues (that I know of) are called the West Bank, and Gaza Strip Premier Leagues rather than the Palestinian Leagues (or something to that effect) for what it's worth.
