I am sure many of you know about this program if not just search for it. with PES4's Direct IP connection this is the best way to set up matches. We can setup like #pes4scrim channel and when you want to play you just say so and somebody else who is also looking for one can pm you. This way in that msg you can also include specific location, skill level, match conditions or w/e (not sure how exactly pes4s online play works)... to keep the channel clean from any regular chat or spam we will have a channelbot that will only allow like 1 msg per 10/15 secs or something like that and will require to have perhaps a "*" (star) in your msg to show that you are looking for a 4*,3* or 5* star skill level player. Otherwise that person will be kicked and banned for certain amount of time (not too long so if you mistakenly typed something and still want to play). However we can still have our #soccergaming channel and etc... I would make sure that people like Mayor and Wolf have the highest access level in both channels....I would also suggest using GameSurge network as it is probably the most popular one and i know somebody who is on the staff. People have been using this method for years with other games like counter-strike to look for scrimages (check out #findscrim on US gamesurge) and it has proven to work the best...
There are no cons to this method and it is much superior to giving out ur AIM/ICQ/phone# just for an IP as i believe there is no server browser....
