well i think that the rule should be out neway becas since there is now a forum only for sigs and avatars y cant ppl post as soon as they get here i mean i dont mind makin a sig for somebody and then them not ever coming bak i just do it for the fun of it and practice, I think we should get rid of the rule what do u guys think?
