How come I can win all most all my friendly's and cup games, but still finish towards the last in my league, any team I play is like this.

What are some things to do?
I win the south American cups no problem...I did finish 1st in my league when I took a vacation for a month.

Thats weird, cos, I play friendlies, really crap, but then I'm brilliant, oh well, I guess that because my team is so good, they dont raise thereselves for a friendly...
