Does anybody know how to change the language settings on fifa 2005 for the PC? is there any patch available?[SIZE=3

First of all you must download UniDB 3.2 which exports the DB files of FIFA in to MDB files for ACCESS.

Then you should export the language DB file in to MDB file.

The language DB file is at CProgram Files\EA SPORTS\FIFA 2005\data\cmn\fe folder.

So, when you export the right DB file to MDB format, will you
open it with ACCESS and you will make your changes.

After all you should make the MDB file back to DB file and
paste it in to the fe folder.

Sorry to bother again but does changing the language settings also alter the sound setting or is there anouther file for this.

well the patch that you gave me has changed all the text to english which is superb but when i am in a game the comentry is in Dutch i was just wondering if there was a similar way of changing the games default sound settings

I never found something like that in any site...
I think there isn't...
Namely you have the Dutch version of FIFA 2005, right?
If yes, there is no patch which can do that.

By the way, if you ever find something like that I really
want you to inform me about.

you have your fifa in dutch but you want change the text and comentary to english?! i dont get it, why did you buy that in dutch then?

I DIDN'T BUY IT I DOWNLOADED IT BUT I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT LANGUAGE IT WAS IN.

SO NOW I HAVE CHANGES THE TEXT SO IT IS ENGLISH I JUST NEED THE SOUND CHANGING NOW
