But do you know when the transfer window opens and how you can transfer players. I tried reading the manual (50 times over) but it doesn't help much. stlrnironf

- My manual says that the transfer window is open in January and in July&August. And anyways, I knew that before hand already.

- Prestige goes up when you fulfill some of the objectives, obviously you haven't done that.

- It works on my Logitech Dual Action Gamepad just fine

why in my carreer mode as ob in danish superliga, when i go to transfer market and then press player bio on the player i want and then it says transfer window closed... why does it do that
Weird, by default the goalie of the northampton team (english division 3) is on the bench. There is a defender playing as goalie, (he sucks at goalie too) I cant change my keeper, anyone know anything bout this?

There seems to be a lot of confusion over this.
Transfers can only be made in July-August (when you get to your second year you have 8 weeks before the season starts to buy and sell players... look for teams showing interest in your players, go to transfer and look at bio of that player, then you can negotiate a sale), transfer window is open again in Jan.
You have 1000 prestige points (first season), but any individual training you have set will carry on each week until you clear it.
Your individual prestige as a manager won't change until the end of a season. I got promoted and won league cup and my star rating went from 0 to 3. Premiership survival will be the main aim this season.
I haven't really noticed the skill ratings of my players going up from individual training, but players do tire as the season progresses.

Ok I have a question for all fifa04 proffesionals. Don`t worry I know all about transfers and points and how to train.
What I want to know is this:
You know every player has his skills graph (in player bio) where you can check his progress when you train him individualy. His original skills are shown blue and his trained skills green. Do you know if the green skill level adds up to the blue...for example if the original skill is 65 and the green skill is 35 is this together a 100 or do you have to get the green skill all the way up to a 100?
And how does it show then...cause in one season I trained Wesley Sonck very hard and he had good green skills but his overall rating at the end of the season only changed from 69 to 70...
And I also have another problem... I was training one of my players and when his green skills went a god measure up i found out after one of season games that they dissappeared! Was I training him for nothing?! What is the reason for this...was he to fatigued?!
