You need following Folders in FIFA 14 directory;
CProgram Files\Origin Games\FIFA 14\Game\data\sceneassets

faces
hair
hairlod
heads


In total 6 rx3 files:

Example:

heads Folder:
head_190584_0.rx3
eyes_190584_0_textures.rx3


hairlod Folder:
hairlod_190584_0_0.rx3


hair Folder:
hair_190584_0_0.rx3
hair_190584_0_textures.rx3


faces Folder:
face_190584_0_0_0_0_0_0_0_0_textures.rx3

Then Use CM14 and first uncheck has Generic face (For players those have Generic face like Illaramendi). Then Regenerate it CM 14 (Tools-Regenerate bh)
I hope it works
