if it doesnt do dat, y is it called kitserver when it doesnt do that!!!

when i start the pes 2008 in low, the players dont have face animation and the crowd is missing.Is possible to next kitserver to be fix that,because in medium graphic the game is running to slow.

If you don't like kitserver, just don't use it.

Kitserver 7.0.0f
First release of LOD-mixer module. Limited functionality so far, but the following is implemented:
- custom screen resolution supported
- aspect ratio correction
- now works with original exe, FairLight no-dvd, and ViTaLiTY no-dvd.



sorry but i cannot set resolutions bigger than 1024x768 in the settings.exe program................(neither before or after kitserver installation)
My PC:
C2D E6400, 2gb. kingston ram 667 and MSI 8600GTS OC Edition with 256mb

you will need to specify the resolution you want in kitserver's config.txt file. See the documentation (README.html) - it has some examples on how to do this.

Game Graphic Studio is what you need for that.

yep, LOD is next. There's some progress there, but it's not quite working correctly yet.

I have set the custom resolution in the config file for my 19" widescreen (1440x900) but when i load the game the picture is horizontally and vertically way off centre.

I have tried setting just the aspect ratio and just the screen res and both and the outcome is the same!

I believe kitserver is installed properly because I get the message about allowing all quality levels when accessing settings.

Any ideas? I'm desperate!

But i've got some good news on LOD-mixer progress: i found out how to affect the LOD algorithm. It's not quite the same system as in previous PES versions, but it's somewhat similar. There are 3 LOD levels this time, and i've just figured out how to make the game to switch between them earlier or later.

So, with next LOD mixer release, you'll be able to fine-tune LOD switching: no more faceless players! Of course, more detail comes at the expense of more CPU(GPU) cycles, but in any case there will be choice

First of all, this is my first post here, so I have to say a big thank-you to Juce_66 for Kitserver - it was PES 6's saviour for me and I can't thank you enough for doing it.

Did I see earlier in the forum that you don't have a wow graphics card Juce_66 or am I mistaken? The reason being, I have an X850XT going spare and I'd be happy to donate it to you if you want it...

What is it with Konami that they just don't care about those of us with widescreen monitors? I've tried just about every patch out there to stop the stretching or squashing effect on my 1680 x 1050 screen and to date, nothing has worked.

I am so hacked off, I've left it and gone back to PES 6...

Hoping that you will be able to include an aspect ratio fix in lodmixer again and sort out another mess Konami has made of what could have been the superlative football game..
