Kitserver 5.1

I don't have any problems with ballserver like game crashes or anything.Though,I want to ask something.I want to add balls in my game,using ballserver.Can I use textures I had downloaded for Game Graphic Studio?Or are they incombatible with ballserver?
I created a folder,I put the texture in,I updated the map file, and I thought I was ready.But it looks like I was wrong, because the ball was not shown correctly in the game .The texture I used can't have problems, simply because I have imported the ball with GGS and it is shown correctly in the game.

So, the question is:Ballserver: Does it need specific textures,or the old textures work as well but I have made a mistake?

I also have to say that, this problem occured at both balls I tried to import by myself,but no problems at a Ballserver Balls Pack I downloaded.

I downloaded this ball:

Adidas Roteiro Panathinaikos from www.wevolution.org and I saw there that the correct mdl file is ariel_mdl.OK I hadn't associated the texture with this model but despite the fact I changed it now,the problem continues to occur.

I also tried to import Adidas Tango Blue.I had problems with this one,too.But now that I changed the mdl file for this ball it is shown correctly in the game.That is good, something just went wrong with Panathinaikos Ball.

I will look it up.

possibly a bad model file? or maybe your graphics card needs the "TnL" options set? Try this: start with an empty balls folder, and then add balls one by one. See if it crashes on a particular ball, or regardless.

i have downloaded various ball packs for ballserver and still nothing...only thing i havent tried is to reinstall the game,so...

my game crash when i made a substitution!!!

my game crashes at substitution!
but that seems absolutely random cos sometimes this doesn't happen...
anyway i tried 10 matches at it crashed on 8 of them during one of the three available substitutions...

I have game crashes at subsitution too. I notice that it only happen at National Team so far when using Club Team never happen before. What about u guys ? National Team too ?

strange thing is that i only tried with national teams.. ghgh i'm in deep world cup simulation right now.. ghghg this night ill give it a try with club teams... try to sum up.
i'm using pro evo 5 with superpatch 3.0 and pubb option file that you can find here

and kitserver 5.2 with ballpack provided here

and a "uni" folder made by some FABIOS can't remember exactly..
it was considered stable for superpatch 3.0 and never had a problem with previous versions of kitserver..

I'm really looking foward to have the final version . keep it up juce .
meanwhile we'll gather faces for a big pack .
here are some face of mine , I choose those which haven't been done by konami nor face makers (at the time I did them) and I also removed some wich have been done recently by exelent facemakers (ex : venegoor and luisao) .

ok...i try it with the balls...but how can i set the TnL options?...is on kload.cfg but i change the value 0 to 1?

I have solved my ballserver game crashes! The thing is that i had installed superpatch so i decide to reinstall the whole game. After fresh new install I aplied only the kitserver and LOD Mixer without any patch and everything works perfectly!!! SO u guys with ballserver problems try same thing!Now I will try 2 apply patch 2 see if it works and let u know

i solved my substitution problem disabling faceserver... at least i played 2 games without a crash.. that's good.. hope it will continue this way

I have no problems with this version of kitserver. But i hope you will do another miracle for a hairserver. There are many great faces but if you don't have the correct hair for them in your 0_text it looks ugly

The crashes is random i guess. Maybe i will try to disable face server tonite. But how ?

Dear Juce i have an idea to make bootserver
like faces with i.d you can make boot with i.d which mean you can put boot template for every player depending on his i.d

guys the games crash again before the formation screen...it was not only the EXE file...i think tha i return to the 5.1.4 kit server....

according to juce instructions this is done by simply modifying the kload.conf

open with notepad and comment with # the fserver line like this:

you'll find this file in the kitserver folder.. refer to docs for further help on this..
but the solution worked for me..
yesterday i played a world cup with argentina with no crash at all.. except for the joypad... damn rooney... ghggh kicked my ass out of the cup... ghghggh

could it be possible, in a future update, to assign a ball to each team?
for example, pressing a button would mean to play with home team ball, and pressing another one with the away team's one.

even a preview for the ball would be good (prolly this asked by someone other)

Hello, I've got strange problem I've placed some faces into KS. In edit mode/exibition match they looks great, but when I load my savegame from ML, almost every face changes
I've that situation fe with Adriano...
If somebody knows how can I fix this thing, plz write here...
