i would need to take a look at your pes5.log files. Please makes those and send to me.
How to make pes5.log file:
1. edit kserv.cfg and add this as the first line:
debug = 1
2. play an exhibition match (or penalty shoot-out)
3. in kitserver folder, there should now be a pes5.log

i solved the problem and it's strang solution as the strang problem
i put new gdb folder i downloaded from the net and it's worked fine then i put my gdb folder over it and the windows asked me to overwrite the(Thumbs.db) in each folder i clicked no in all folders then i discovered that the problem was in the (Thumbs.db) and the my gdb worked again finally
At last i'd like to thank you and all who try to help me and i wish you more best wishes and allways forward in pes community

its very strange, with a GDB folder I have the problem:
while if i use a different GDB folder all works correctly....
But also sobstituing GBd folder as you maked, I can't see tumbs.db message, so for me the problem is different... ps:excuse for my bad english...

you're right, i forgot about it.
It's not for all teams, strictly speaking - only those that you have an active kitserver folder for. (although, if you really wanted to do it for all the teams, you could just create empty kitserver folders)

i got your log file, and from it, it looks like the kitserver is unable to create textures for the 2.5d-kits, for some reason... Did you say the kits work ok during the match? It doesn't look so, as i don't see the corresponding log records. So, according to the log-file, the kitserver cannot find the folders with kits for those teams.
Inside your kitserver, do you actually have those folders?
(maybe you changed their names and forgot about it?) These are the ones referenced in the pes5.log:
GDB\uni\SerieA\Juve
GDB\uni\LaLiga\Barcelona
