Ok

when you make your kit (lines and logos and colors of the kit you want) in photoshop, you open both files (the kit and the shadows template)

Then copy and paste the shadows template over your kit, and aply a "layer effect" called "Multiply" with this your shadows template get a nice transparent effect over your kit
