Kits are not appear in game after modify them with other ones

I am renewing the shirts for a number of clubs, but when I want to load them via frosty modmanager, the shirts of a number of clubs are not appear(it keeps show me the old ones) while others do. How is that possible? Am I doing something wrong or is there a limit how much kits you can modify?

Can somebody help me?
