Kit problem

i have imported some kits(768x768) for barcelona, ac milan, and man u, the manual way ie.. export the .fsh, change the bmp, import the .fsh, run fatgui. the problem is i cant play these teams against each other now, the game will crash loading. playing them vs teams with default kits or vs themselves like barca vs barca is fine. anyone have any idea as to why this is happening?
