Killzone - Sony's Answer To Halo

First-person shooter, initially known as Kin. Set in the not too distant future, Killzone tells the story of humanity's colonization of the galaxy. Suddenly and without warning, an interplanetary war breaks out between the splinter group known as the Helghast and an Earth-loyal squad called ISA. Opening with a sequence that sees the soldiers trapped in an abandoned building, the combatants are surrounded by Helghast and come under siege. They are, in effect, caught within a Killzone. Players battle their way through 26 story-oriented stages with distinctively scripted "memorable moments" for every level. Scenarios include gunship assaults with dozens of troopers and an all-out melee near a collapsing bridge.

Anyone hear about it? Anticipating it? This is the first time I've heard about it [I've been out of the gaming loop for about a year and a half]. This first-person shooter has also been dubbed as a Halo-killer. Ooooooh, aaaaaaah!

better be good.... its been hyped for the last billion years

saw the 15minute video and looks awesome i hope it lives up to the hype and the multiplayer has been worked on , not just stuck in the last minute.

The best it can do is be as good as Halo 1 is currently. Not when it came out. Plus, Halo 2 is around the corner.
