If You follow CM14 instructions it is easy to add national team to career mode without replacing, use the magicalteamslist to get the ids for national teams. I have 18 african national teams and they work in career mode i even get job offers. but so far only in friendlies they do not take part in tournaments.

13/16 Teams done....But do not expect an upload until the first week of May since I'm currently based in Turkana (a very remote location North of Kenya) without good internet
