maybe because there are too many football players with tattoos and they dont want to allocate resource to keep updating their tattoos addition.

lets not talk about tattoo, they dont update most of their player's custom faces and hair even its already 3-4 years old :facepalm:

this should be mandatory addition for next gen fifa and pes!!! :read:

but meanwhile i really enjoy fifa14 with ur patch! thanks :bow:

no, some kits are created. but I checked the flags' hex code and they are correct. maybe it's the size of the scarves I'm imported (1024x128 that is...)

TY bro its worked for me i working on BPL scarves pack 3/20 is done .
Scarves working on Original rx3 from data.big . I cant create for created teams with random ID my idea is creating team with id and flags from fifa 13 but i dont tested .

the best size is 256x32px;)

you have not a scarf in your "data", there is only one "flag.rx3", and the 1. texture from this flag ist ingame the scarf....
all flag.rx3 from Fifa 13 works very nice in Fifa 14...
