You can find them in the directory data/gui/assets/kits.

For Lokomotiv: home -> j0_100765.big
away -> j1_100765.big

For Fenerbahce: home -> j0_00326.big
away -> j1_00326.big

I need Ferencvaros from Hungary, and I also need AEK Athens & South Africa minikits And I cant find those Lokomotiv minikits.

Do you mean than you can use them in fifa 2005 by renaming the fernabache to the number they have in fifa 2005?

No. ForZ@FCK, it depends on the ID you choose in FIFA 2005. You know-FIFA does not have Fernerbahçe.
