I used to have that error... finally, I re install everything. It was the only solution. Sorry, mate.

Just download all the files of the first post and paste in your fifa folder... Graphics are in zdatas and GUI folders.

And YEAH SO I DID EXACTLY AS YOU GUYS GUIDED ME TO DO! I reinstall my fifa again and replace all zdatas, GUI and CMN and after replacing I DID regenerate FAT and BH and Clean fat too so now again i am facing problem this time my fifa crashes on "Press Any Key" screen now guys please help me i really really want to play this game and yeah i am unable to install ulimited.exe HELLLLLPPP!!!!

No! Dude..the folder "neue Grafiken" is just an update.... First, you have your clean FIFA installed..then, download ALL the files posted in the firs post, and then extract from .rar an paste all in FIFA folder...
"neue Grafiken" is an update...you have to install that files with CM10....The main update of Kahn's patch is in zdatas and gui.

Program Files\FIFA 10 still game crash when i try to select any option from main menu to play the game and yeah but i am able to select the edit player option and etc options and when i tried edit player option in fifa, and open real madrid suqad i saw whole team with NO HEAD, NO TEXTURE (SOME RED AND YELLOW TEXTURE IS COMING) and with NO SHOES!
