Juventus vS Inter Milan

I guess Mancini gave the players my little speech since they didn't totally dominate the match, but they got the result. I'm really proud of Cruz who did a really good job in linking the midfield to the attack (pretty much Martins) Cambiasso and CZ really held the midfield well and they gave problems to Appiah and Emerson. Nedved wasn't himself and he wasn't great at all. Del Piero had some good plays but yet again I'm surprised that Capello took him off. What's up with that? Why does Capello dislike him so much?

Anywayz I never realized how dirty a player Zlatan is. Fouls, kicking JZ in the ribs, head butting the ever con-wizard Miha, and committing other fouls. All that aside he was Juve's lifeline. When he played poorly in the first half, Juve played poorly in the first. When he turned up the heat in the 2nd, Juve turned up the heat. He impressed and disgusted me at the same time.

Good tactics from Mancini who got things right this time playing 2 DMs clogging Juve's play and going with Ze Maria on the RW to slow down (and pretty much stop) Nedved.

The defence also held up really well. Cordoba played well and so did JZ. Miha was average but he got the job done, but the guy that really impresesed me was Favalli. He was great. I couldn't count how many key blocks or tackles he made. He may have not attacked that much but he got the job done on the defensive end.

Tis a shame though Martins couldn't score. But he did have some opportunities to get shots off.

BTW Juve hacked the crap out of Vieri in the last few minutes. He must haved suffered 12 or so fouls in like 15 minutes. He really knows how to use his body effectively to force guys to foul him (like Canna who kicked him in the ribs)

Anywayz a great victory even if it is only 1-0 one. But I must say that Milan owe us a hell of a lot for pretty much erasing their Siena mistake, putting them level with Juve yet again.

Though now the side is only 11 points (I think) off the pace. Not that I believe we will come back and win the Scudetto, just that it shows how much the defence has improved, going from the 5th worst defense in the first half of the season to the BEST (yes the best, better then Juve, Milan, or anyone else) in the 2nd. Great improvement. Just imagine if they had played like that all YEAR. :O

FORZA INTER - FORZA RAGAZZI - FORZA CRUZ :rockman:

Good thing I missed the game. How was Masiello? He played RB?
he was nothing special, capello told him to attack but he only gave about 2 runs up the flanks
that said, he was fairly calm on the ball and intercepted here and there
he played RB

Not my fault you have hooligans :nape:

So does your team!!!! I'm tired of all this trash talk about which team has worse hooligans than the other. Trying to make fun of a fan of a certain team because of their hooligans is rediculous! Every team has stupid holligans, the incident with Inter wasn't the first of fan violence and certainly won't be be last. Who knows, Liverpool fans might get out of control in a game in the near future, or any team for that matter. If you want to critisize something, then critisize the security at the stadium, not the fans.

damn Zlatan. he's such a good player but he behaves like sh*t.

Nedved? whats with all the dives? he falls at the slightest of touches.

And btw, now you Juve fans cant have a go at Milan's 6 min extratime joke anymore. You got 6 mins as well. Difference is, you didnt score.

guys, inter fans i have credit u in the juve thread as to being very sportsmanlike and not teasing the hell out of us coz of our loss!!! we may have attacked but when u guys did u came away with a goal!! congrats nerazzurri!!!

there is one thing i have to clear up with zlatan and maiha guys!!! seen as im a balkan (macedonian) boy this is indeed the reason for the headbutt!!! miha is a serb and zlatan although playing for sweden he actually is bosnian. now bosnians and serbians dont really like eachother so it was something to do with the history of the 2 countries!! if u guys had known what serbia did to bosnia then zlatan would be mr innocent!!!

i know it's expected for me to defend my side
but really, 5 mins was justified the game had quite a few extended breaks
and the extra minute on top of was for the 1.5mins that inter milked off the clock with an injury in stoppage time and not to mention the martins sub where he walked off like he had one leg
but that's football, inter played it perfectly
