i watched every juve game i could on tv here in perth...

on a different note

the berlusconi trophy is half over with the score at 2-1... by this i mean juve youth have made it to the final of the youth champions cup. they beat milan 2-1 and will now face man utd in the decider on sunday...
the winner will win the first youth cp of its kind.

the top goal scorer who will come from ac milan will win the trophy called the roberto betega trophy.

clau to cause less confusion i was messing around likening the cyc semi to half a berlusconi cup match. basically in hope juve would win both and be able to brag about beating milan at different levels. one at youth one at senior.

also that post i wrote was maybe written 1 hour before the actual berlusconi trophy game was played.

on the youth team:

i really hope juve beat man utd tonight. it would be very ideal for juve to continue with that only honour they have. that honour is being the only team in the world to win all domestic and international cups for clubs. the new youth cup would be a great addition.

on the senior team:

wait till the action starts. i see these friendlies as nothing games. so what tim, birra or berlusconi they arent in any of ranieris plans, or juves plans for that matter... its now the real time and the real plans to finish as high as possible and possibly competing in next seasons uefa champions league.

yeah but I don't see us getting him for 6m €. The guy is a rock but I'm confident in our defensive mids.

We could look for another striker if Zalayeta finally leaves Juve. It would be somewhat sad to see him go for the trills he gave us fans in the CL but he deserves more playing time and I don't see him ever start for Juve.

Like I always said we need a Trez sub for now until he leaves Juve and then takes his place. My choice would be Huntelaar but Ajax want to keep him another year. Slight possibility to get him before August 31st if Ajax doesn't make the final 32 for the CL. I'm sure they will. btw he scored 4 today in their league.

he's been featuring in friendlies, so ranieri may have a liking for him

he's ok to keep i think, considering the overall standard of this squad and other juve squads he's been a part of

the strikeforce definitely needs a player of huntelaar's ilk
