Same here, I can't say I'm filled with anticipation. I don't remember noticing him during Juve - Udinese or Udinese - Juve. Oh, well. This management has a pretty good track record on midfielders.

Yeah, let's hope it all works out.

Also I see a lot of Shaqiri rumors have started. Now that's a played I'd like.

Shaquiri would be good for us. Probably one of the best players we could get within our limited price range.

I'd love to have Shaqiri on the team, he could be a star at Juve. I thought he looked unproductive and undecisive at Bayern, but it's difficult to stand out in the best team in the world.

I think he can shine at Bayern, he's still young, Robbery will not get any younger, Pep loves rotations, Kroos left and Shweini is injury prone ...

Make America Great Again
I've always been impressed with Shaqiri when I see him for Bayern, but the Pep style doesn't suit him at all. His biggest weakness is giving away possession too cheaply, so you can see why he hasn't looked great in the last year. He was excellent under Heynckes though.

He'd kill it anywhere, Shaqiri is a great player. He would never get the chance, but he could be a star at Bayern, Real, Chelsea, anywhere. He's a top player, just happened to be behind Ribery (12/13 best player in Europe), Robben (legend), and Muller (club legend). It is just a bad situation for him here, and Pep made it worse.

Yes but imagine how much better he is than no#1 wide player of the league Gervinho.

The Von Trapps
considering Iturbe would have been about that price, and Berardi will cost around 10-15 mil to keep, Shaqiri would definitely be worth it -- another big bottom small, along side Carlitos, playing behind the striker in a 4-3-2-1 ...
