How much money do you have? Is someone like Higuain realistic? What about Huntelaar? And then I don't know what the discount option would be... Lewandowski is pulling a Kagawa about his contract.

Probably ~40m total not including whatever sales. Marotta said he's done buying quantity and wants quality now so I'm expecting at least a big summer.

Arnau Krasic is completely one dimensional, once the fullbacks learnt his 2 moves he was completely over

Also, Verratti seems done, reported 7.5m

Well like Mus said we'll have a transfer budget of 40m to start with but it will be more like 70m after we get rid of players like Melo, Krasic, Elia...etc. So more than enough to get a world class striker.

How much money will you invest? Atleti will probably sell Falcao if doesn't qualify for CL

I would love Falcao, haven't really seem any rumors going to Juve though unfortunately, but you never know. Ideally I want Cavani but I doubt we will be able to get him

Those Napoli players have a weird loyalty. Personally I'd want to get out of that camorra infested ****hole as fast as possible.

Hamsik was even held up and robbed a season or two ago..

Target #1 for the forward position is Cavani. Doesn't mean we'll get him but we're really interested.

Ramirez is another guy we're looking at.

In defense look for players like Astori, Bocchetti...

Pogba and Verratti can be considered Juve players. Asamoah/Nainggolan are closely linked to us also.

The Von Trapps
kinda surprised Shifty hasn't commented on Verratti yet ...

if you guys are going to spend 30-40 mil on a striker, make it Cavani -- he's proven in Serie A, and he's proven in the Champions League ... no point in gambling on an import who may fail to adapt to Italian football ...

Radja Nainggolan is quality, and still a little underrated ... he'll also help get you guys more of a following in Asia ...

that said, I rate Kwadwo more ... with Pazienza already on loan in Udine, you have a ready-made part-exchange there -- and if Marotta manages to throw in another deadweight like Padoin, you won't have spent much either ... actually, is Grosso's out of contract? if he can be a makeweight somehow, maybe you won't have to choose between Kwadwo and Radja ...

don't think Astori and Bocchetti are quite the names you guys should be looking at to reinforce the back line, but I can see why they're being mentioned ... a solid left wing-back, and a centre back better than Bonucci, should definitely be on the shopping list ... that way Chiellini will never have to play on the left again (on the occasions Conte plays 4 at the back) ... and Cáceres can be the defensive joker card in the rotation ...

The Von Trapps
for 40 mil, even De Laurentiis would listen ... which leads us neatly onto your question about Giovinco: Inter's apparently negotiating for Pocho Lavezzi, and Giovinco is supposed to be his replacement in Naples ...

That sounds too good to be true. I just don't see Napoli selling Cavani to Juve, even more so if they're selling Lavezzi to Inter.

Heh. It's funny, all these targets are like straight out of my Fiorentina game of FM. Everyone knows Verratti of course. Nainggolan was my captain for 10 years, and just an awesome all around player. Astori was my first defensive lynchpin.

Surprised you're looking at Gerald Asamoah though, that's not very ambitious (H)

I don't think we should get Giovinco back. he's had like 3 seasons to prove himself and failed each time. don't know if we can get Cavani, at best it's gonna be another "Aguero to Juve" all over again imo. please prove me wrong though haha. we could probably get Tevez I guess, but the thing is we need a Trezeguet there in the penalty box. as much as I like Matri, he needs to step up his game.

do you think Conte will stick to 3-5-2 next season?

4-3-3 I hope, when we had everyone available and weren't mirroring other teams we played that and played well, 3-5-2 never really worked as good but I think the same deal will happen next year with rotation between the two

Also, Vidal:

Awesome. I know words are just words but it's better than nothing, especially with the Real Madrid rumors (Y)

That's a relieve. I was worried when he said he was honored of Real's interest. But guess this clears it up.

And here's a cool video of all our goals from this epic season.

Vargas probably isn't balanced enough but you never know

Also:

Pirlo:

“Conte is a great. I’ve had a lot of Coaches in my career, but never one who has been so prepared, so meticulous in his work and who explains things so well.

“We watch videos of our opponents three or four times a week and it's difficult for them to surprise us as a result.

“In terms of tactics and the way he teaches, he’s better than Carlo Ancelotti and Marcello Lippi.”

Last Serie A weekend with Alessandro Del Piero. An absurd thought.
