how come my game runs straight to 60 fps sometimes and playes rele well and then for sum reason goes back down to 30 fps as if it suddenly realises ooo **** no must stay at 30, ive got my settings set on high with frame skipping on, any ideads why it does this, if i could run it at 60 fps that would immense and i think my pc will handle it but it just wont stay there.

i hope you can undertand my problem or perhaps advise me of what to do??
