well...... i'd like to believe so, but obviously, in a game such as CM, you have to have an open mind. I believe, he is the best striker in the game, he performed brilliantly ove the curse of 4 seasons at Inter, at the very top level. Although you can say, "Hes old and someone like Tsigalko or Krichenko is younger", well, i dont care about that, they may be younger, and yes in time, Will obviously become better as Gomez ages, but think about it from this way, when they are gomez's age, wouldn't there just be another person who had come through the ranks so you could now say "they are the best.". What I'm saying is, at EVERYONES peak, Gomez is the best. Maybe you dont get as man y seasons out of him as you do Tsigalko, but at his best, he IS THE BEST.

Have you tried all the strikers that are stars on CM at their peak? Have you tested them with different clubs to see how the environment effects their "peak" performance?

noi havent!! of course i havent tried every single best player on the game, but from the ones ive tried, and theres been quite a lot, he is probably the best. Though at his peak, Vieri is VERY good.

Peak performance can be measured in different things, like you can never really tell WHEN a player is at peak performance, he couldbe at different peaks in his career, so you cant really make any conclusions

Not really look at strikers who have had good and bad patches and other strikers who have maintained form (good or bad) over more than 2 years..

but surely, a player who between the ages of 18-24 scores on average 10 goals a season, and then at the ages of 25-27 scores 35 goals, and then between the ages of 28+ scores only 5 a season, you would call his peak age at being from 25-27!? surely.
