By the way, Larry's tactic lost 4-0 to Ramerpool, so if you don't suggest anything decent you shouldn't even try! ;)

It's easy to find a tactic that can beat you 5-0 though...:p

And I means while address the gruesome twosome, you both equally screwed up...surely one of you will get the 'elusive' double. :p

I tried a 7-2-1 with my youth squad against Rony's semi-A-squad yesterday. Lost the morning game 1-4 :( , but tied him 1-1 in the evening. (H)

The 7-2-1 generates a fair amount of SCs but no possession. I like it however, and I'm gonna stick my youth squad to this tactic. :rockman:

Ash u need to update ur Leeds United score thing under ur sig. Change that "Next Match: Arsenal vs. Leeds" to the actual result lol. :D

I think I last used that tactic around the start of last season (for first team anyway ... youths in friendlies still play in that formation), since then I've used 4-3-3 LB and wings, and more recently the same tactic that saw England beat Germany quite comfortably :hump: Although now lots of people copied, including the other "active" EPL teams, to think not long ago it was just mfc and I who used it. :( I know a tactic that could kill it but I haven't had a chance to test it yet.

New sim, new tactic... 8 months ahead of schedule, but I felt like playing this tactic because it looks like a Christmas Tree (H)

(More importantly, I only have one striker who can actually hit hte target)

The only change from my league tactic is that I have two strikers and two attacking mids.

I'm gonna try this tomorrow. #4, #8 and #10 are all decent passers so I'm hoping to use these to play balls around the back of the opposition defense.

It's actually a similar kind of idea to fatcats 'christmas tree' (at least I think it is :confused: ) except more attacking due to the players I have.

well played against aiden with two different tactics, lost 3-0 n 2-0, then played against budge with a simple 4-4-2 ( due to fact i didn't get to PC in time ) and i drew 1-1 n 2-2.............experimenting isn't going to plan :mrpimp: (H)
