I already import .PNG using CM16 and adding STADIUM_USE_LEGACY_ADBOARDS=1 to cl.ini

And when I'm using Man United in-game, the adboard won't changed. It's still the old one. Why? Sorry my bad English

Try including this on your cl.ini file too:

STADIUM_DRESSING_OVERRIDE=1

El Madrigal (Villarreal´s stadium)´s changed its name to Estadio de la Cerámica with a spectacular external and internal modification. This is the adboard used on its first match against Barcelona:

In Levante case, one color ads would be stadium dress but for example Alcorcón uses it as adboards.
