It's possible make Transfers between foe teams?

Hello everyone I was trying to sign a Juventus player with Milan at Manager Mode but the rival team not even bother to consider my offer, so... somebody know how can I buy a rival team's player? I thought that modifing some parameter in config.dat maybe work it, I was looking in career.ini file but I don't know what parameter deny transfers between foe teams... or even if is possible

The rival teams are defined in the database and I suspect that the restriction on transfers between such teams is imbedded in the game's code rather than being controlled by an INI parameter.

yea i think so to, i went through the exe w/ a hex editor to see if i could find
anything applying to it.

but i found nothing.

Try giving the player a match fee.You know what i mean? when negociating, after transfer fee and player salary you'll find the fee/game.Put it at least 10% if you want to buy from a rival team.In fifa 08 it worked for me.

yo solo logre realizar transferencias en el FIFA 09, a traves del programa MM09, que es como CM09, pero te permite modificar todos los aspectos de tu carrera, mediante este programa simplemente le daba la opcion de jugador libre a un jugador de la Juventus e inmediatamente entraba a mi FIFA 09 y empezaba la negociacion con el jugador, por el cual no pagaba absolutamente nada, pero si yo no realizaba la gestion de transferencia el jugador continuaba con su equipo.

Actualmente no se si ya exista la version MM10, para que podamos modificar aspectos de nuestra carrera desde el ambiente Windows.
